Anyone have Chateau recommendations in Bordeaux, France?

I’ve checked on travel sites but figure others here may have input. I am looking to stay in the Wine Country Region in September. We will be driving from Northern Spain. Looking for a Chateau or bed and breakfast vs a traditional hotel. Looking to keep it lower then $200usd. Also vineyard reccomendations for tours are great too. Thank you!
