crystal wine glasses
I have these old crystal stemware wine/water glasses?

that are etched with a knight’s helmet and crest and have the name of each knight on them(i.e. Mulqueen, Kuss, etc.) Does anyone know the origin or history of these? Are they old? They were given to me by my grandmother over 20 yrs. ago and I am curious to know what they are.
Sorry, they are not for sale, they are more of a keepsake.

What you’re descibing are worth a lot of money, and my best suggestion is to take them to a REPUTABLE art house, or antique store that you feel that you won’t get screwed at and have them give you both a fair market value and a replacement value for insurance purposes…..Reputable dealers won’t screw you about, and if you do some research on the net, that’ll give you a little amunition to take to the barganing table……My ultimate advice is, though, unless you’re REALLY hard up for the money, HOLD ONTO THEM!!!!!
