ElderBerry?

I am finding hard to find anything with elderberry in.
If i brought some elderberry wine would i still get the goodness from the elderberrys and would it still help improve my imunue system?

Other then that all i can find is elderflower.

While the other answerer is technically right about Elderberry fruit and seeds, it should also be noted that anything you buy that has Elderberry in it is from a processed Elderberry that is no longer toxic or poisonous…. otherwise no company could sell Elderberry wine, capsules, etc. In fact, one of the most popular “natural cold fighters” is Sambucol, which is an Elderberry syrup (which is non-toxic/poisonous).
Elderberries and Elderflower are both good for the immune system, and that is most commonly what it’s used for… especially around cold/flu season.
