Does anyone have a good website or know how to make a scrap metal wine bottle holder?

I went to a craft store today and saw these adorable yet funny (scrap) metal wine holders in the shape of animals, however I would like to make one (I know which one I like) instead of buying one but I don’t want to buy a book, I would rather do a step-by-step online process. any suggestions?

I have not ever seen a set of instructions for metal wine racks, but I have seen them for other materials (cardboard, wood, etc).

I did a search for how to make a wine rack (first link below) and came up with a lot of results.

Instructables.com also has a few sets of directions, but it is a little more difficult to sort through (second link below).
