Are These Wines Good To Give My Boss For Christmas?

I bought my boss a bottle of Duckhorn Vineyards 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and a bottle of Caymus Vineyards 2006 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Are these good and impressive wines to give my boss for Christmas? The wine store guy said they were relatively hard to get and more impressive than more expensive wines.

Smart clerk, he know’s his wine’s. I wish I was your boss. Kidding. Those are great selections and not only will he enjoy them with a meal but my guess is he’ll purchase them again. I took a V.I.P. trip to wine country year’s ago and determined that Caymus cab was the most complex. Charley Wagner is a superb winemaker.
