How many calories are in a wine cooler?

It seriously annoys me that they don’t give you nutritional info on alcohol, not that there’s anything nutritional about it. But does anyone have an idea of how many calories (and fat, if any) are in a bottle of Seagram’s wine coolers?

A standard drink (one glass of wine, a beer, or a shot of hard liquor is about 100 cal)… in one cooler you’ll have that 100 cal, PLUS all of the additional calories from the sugar added. A cooler usually averages at about 250-300cal each!!! If you want a drink, try a shot of hard liquor and mix it with fresh juice for a lower caloric option.
