I need party favor gift ideas for a surprise 60th b-day party. My idea was to buy cases of the 375ML bottle of?

spumanti and order stemless wine glass that are engraved saying happy birthday with balloons. the glasses are expensive though and for 4 cases of wine is only 131.00. Does anyone have any cheaper ideas for party favors I really don’t want to spend like 300-400 dollars and that’s what it is looking like. I do need something memorable though.
