wine accessory – can you name this?

I am looking for what is shaped like a square, with a center hole for a bottle of wine and 4 cut outs on each corner for a wine glass – does anyone know what this is called? It is very decorative and pretty but can’t seem to locate any at wine shops…
Similar to a wine serving tray, but
the center hole goes on the neck of the wine bottle. It sits on top of the bottle as opposed to having legs and acting as a tray.
