2. EOS Wine Bar in Cole Valley – Very creative fusion style tapas, often with a slightly asian flair, and a superb wine list. http://www.eossf.com/

3. Vino Venue in SOMA – the tapas menu is very limited, but this place is really fun for it’s wide variety of wines and it’s high tech “tasting card” approach – you buy a mag striped card for a certain value, then can use it to dispense one ounce pours for yourself all night long. http://www.vinovenue.net/
