Are there any Single Wine Bottle Chillers/Coolers that work? (electric)?

I am looking for a present for a occasional wine drinker. I heard that you can buy single bottle wine chillers that are electric, that chill your bottle to the appropriate temperature. However the reviews online seem like non of them work. Has anyone had any good experience with a model? Any recommendations?

most single bottle wine chillers don’t work well, or are very slow at chilling wine

your best bet would be to get a Cooper Cooler chiller… you need to put a little water & ice into the machine, but then it spins the bottle, and pours chilled water over it while its spinning, chilling the wine extremely fast.

you can use the same machine for soda, and beer
