Christmas Gift for Dad?

I need some ideas for a gift for my dad, he’s really into wine, and keeps all of his wine boxes, corks, and empty bottles. Any suggestions on what I could do with them?

maybe (off of Ebay) get him a bottle of his favourite wine from the year he was born,

or get him a wine holder, with like a place for corks, and things like that! :)

Or just make him a card. with a bottle of wine on it.
