Small replacement wine glasses?

I was recently given a picnic basket for Christmas, but unfortunately one of the two wine glasses that came with it is broken. Taking it back isn’t an option, so I’m looking for replacement glasses. Because the picnic basket has holders for the glasses, I need to match the measurements of the original glass as closely as possible.

Does anyone know where I can get a stemmed wine (or sherry or whatever) glass (plastic is ok) that measures approx. 1 3/4 in. across the base, 2 in. across the top, and is about 5 in. tall?
