What do you make of a temp job crushing grapes for a local wine company and they demand your life history?

not just resume which I submitted but long, extensive application form, questions about my career goals and willingness to relocate, where I heard about the job, etc. I find this stupid for a job where you go and crush grapes. It is not some management or government job.
IT IS A TEMP JOB HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MANAGEMENT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN MANAGEMENT.

It’s a good thing that they screen their help( temp or not).
If they’re asking your career goals, that might mean you can graduate to management but they’re feeling you out also.
It costs companies 1000′s of dollars when they train people only to have them quit a month later.
That’s what sends prices soaring.( Those cost’s go into the bottom line of the item(s).
So, better for you and better for the economy.
All companies should screen better.
Don’t feel snubbed.
Sounds like a well run company.
