How do I need to store my wine?

I have a few different wines that I use to cook with. I currently have them in a wine rack in my kitchen. Should they be refrigerated? Or are they fine where they are at?

Once they’re opened they should be refrigerated. And even then they have very limited shelf life.

I’m not a big fan of wine in a box, but one advantage it does have is that you can pull a small amount off it, and the remainder stays “fresh”, as in not exposed to oxygen. I think most wine in a box lasts at least a month. If you only use it for cooking, that may be a good solution.
