Why do many men and woman feel it is better to go for a one night stand and live single for long term?

I have met many single ladies online and wine bars. They have been living single for years. And they feel it is better to have sex without touching their inner feelings. Many ladies are scared to open their heart because they lost trust in their past relationships. They want to see a different in their lovimg relationship but they are not ready to face another hurt. Men too. What is the healthier solution?

The healthier solution is definitely a long term relationship..people who have one night stands just end up miserable especially women they end up feeling cheap and unloved…relationships are much better. Women and men just have one night stands because they are not ready to settle down or they have been hurt by someone in the past and they dont want to let anyone into their hearts again.
