Wine sales in USA – re: Ballot Question in Mass. (also asked in Politics-Elections and in Food&Drink)?

In Mass (USA) the liquor laws forbid any store chain from having more than 3 off-sale liquor liceneses. There is a ballot question in this week’s election that, if passed, would allow supermarket and grocery store companies to sell wines, but not beer or spirits, generally in all their MA stores. I know that there are a couple of States in the USA in which supermarkets and groceries are permitted to sell beer but not wine (CT and NY, for example) but are there at present any [other] States in which such stores can sell wines but not beers?

I do not know of any such states off the top of my head. I know NV can sell anything in a supermarket and WA wine and beer is available in the supermarkets. It would seem odd to be able to purchase only wine and not beer.
