Does a wine press come with a wheel or do some?
I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “wheel,” but all wine presses that I’ve ever seen have some sort of screw or ratchet/handle system that is used to apply pressure to the grapes.
There are four different types of wine press: Basket, Bladder, Horizontal Screw, Continuous Screw. In all cases, the devices apply a measured amount of pressure upon the grapes by pushing them to the sides of the containment vessel. The differences in the presses lies in the mechanism that is applying the pressure (turning screw vs. a solid plate, for example).
Do a search on “05-0101 Olympus Extra Large commercial juice press” for an industry standard juice/wine press. It runs about $200.00.
